NX will get both Zelda and Mario early on IMO.
Having both early on will ensure decent sales for the first 6-7 months and get Nintendo fans on board who always sit around and say "well I'm going to wait until the big Nintendo franchises come". Well ok, Nintendo needs you to come on board more quickly than that.
The market is tough enough for Nintendo right now, the fastest start they can get off to the better. It will cause other third parties to jump on board early.
