Not counting PS3 is quite a big handicap for Sony, especially in the software department(PS3 sold allmost as much software as PS4 in that week). Why not just count all platforms VGC tracks? With PS3 and Wii it would look like this:
Hardware:
Sony: 216,398
Nintendo: 171,121
Software:
Sony: 1.895,706
Nintendo: 1.709,535
Also Sony is likely to have far higher digital software sales, wich VGC doesn't track.
