What if Mario Maker came out before Minecraft?

LBP came before Minecraft and is a lot closer to Mario Maker. I don't think Mario Maker would have had an impact on the crafting genre. Platformers? Who knows, maybe a level editor would be more of a standard feature nowadays. Don't see it having a huge effect on console wars.
