Handhelds are still consoles.

I'm a bout to make an East vs West thread.

Handhelds are not home consoles... at all... in any way. Different products, different market, different software.

The only distinction between handhelds and home units is power supply and form factor, everything else is a fabrication. By definition they are video game consoles, standalone machines that play video game software.

Different products and Different software is a meaningless distinction. The PS2 and PS3 are different products with different software as well.

The handheld and home console market are simply submarkets of the larger gaming market, suggesting they don't overlap is ludicrous especially considering Nintendo's IPS and PlayStation's crossbuy.

I never said the "Home" console.
