The VC version contains all glitch fixes and changes (such as the change of Gerudo crest into the one from MM) from the GCN version.

That's very surprising. I know their N64 emulator doesn't exactly have all of their faith, but to the best of my knowledge this would be the first time they emulated a Gamecube game on the Wii U.
