Also...you don't know what you're talking about if you say games like Mario Kart or Mario Tennis are just cheap cash-ins...and that by sticking the name Mario on it, it sells like hotcakes.

Part of that is true...having a Mario theme makes it recognizable and you know it's a quality Nintendo title, so it gets bought right off the bat. But that's just it; they are quality titles nonetheless. Mario Tennis is an amazing game...simple yet challenging, and most Mario games are multiplayer...and it's very fun. Virtua Tennis is great, but Mario Tennis is more crazy fun.

The first Mario Kart was okay but the others were just remakes with a update.

 Remakes with an update?  Wha?

Ok...so the others were just remakes.  There's nothing wrong with a remake...that's what sequels are essentially.

Tekken 1, Tekken 2, Tekken 3, Tekken 4, Tekken 5, Tekken 6, Tekken: all those spin-offs in between.

Tekken's a great game...but not a ton changes each iteration.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )
