...Not really. Like, it's not subscription service to free or discounted games. It's a mandatory (on the NX) rewards membership program in which you get rewarded simply for buying games.

It's Club Nintendo, but tied to your NNID, but without surveys, and also cloud based, and the rewards are purely digital gaming software and will also be how Nintendo ties your game purchases to your account instead of to hardware, and... Well, it's a big thing to describe.

I kinda wanted to read the whole thing, but it was way too complicated.
