I hope he's more like Yamauchi. No disrespect to the late Iwata, but I prefer the hardcore, take no prisoners approach of his former boss. Nintendo was the shit during the NES/SNES years.

Actually Yamauchi is reason why Nintendo has so close so long, Iwata is CEO who began to rely open Nintendo to market.

I'm not really sure that's entirely accurate. Nintendo was actually far more flexible in a lot of ways under Yamauchi. He was willing to use a Western designed SGI chip for the N64, invest in Rareware, allow NOA free reign to do things like make deals for the Star Wars license, invest in 2nd party studios like Retro, Left Field, NST, etc.

Under Iwata, Nintendo became a much more insular, Japan-only company. Though I don't think that was all on Iwata, Iwata never had the power that Yamauchi did. Yamauchi did what ever he wanted and no one would dare question it. Iwata had to manage his board of directors and a lot of other egos in Japan.
