Sad but true. However Ubisoft and Activision used to support the Wii. I think if the hardware is powerful enough, they'll be on board and support the system. Probably only EA would turn their nose up. 

it would be cool if Activisio nand Ubisoft would start supporting Nintendo systems once again, but how would their games sell? That's what worries me.

If Nintendo makes a powerful console I can see Sony and Xbox players that own those consoles only for third party (and it's the vast majority) many of them might buy NX to play the best version of the game possible...
