"Whether it takes you five minutes or two, it doesn’t matter as long as your video does not exceed 10 minutes and complies with Nintendo’s Terms & Conditions that can be found at the video contest website. Minimum age for participation in the contest is 16."
Seems like that this contest was more like a little showcasing video, and not a proper Let's play series, so this is at least not the example to use to show Nintendo's stance towards LPers. However I heard they have/will send out copies of SMM to a few LPers, though I'm not sure about that. Anyway, I'd say that would be a better example of Nintendo's "Not always against LPs" attitude.
