Is that even a question? MS has a more expensive build cost,  but sells for less and bundles more. PS4 also has approximately the same attache rate and will have morpheus early next year.  Nintendo said they would lose money with any price cut. 

Last I checked, PS4 cost more to manufacture sure to the higher specifications on RAM, whereas most of the XB1's price and development costs were due to the Kinect. Nintendo sounds reasonable, though, since they package that controller with everything.
