Because Microsoft, perhaps? I'm honestly a bit confused how Mohjang is meant to work though, seeing as how one of their IPs is going to be (and not just will continue to be) released on rival home consoles.

That makes sense. Wonder why this one isn't exclusive? The explanation provided doesn't really make sense to me. Perhaps the deal was inked before the company was sold?
