Well, you probably know all the big names off the bat so I'll try my best to name some 'overlooked' gems. 
(Well, gems in my opinion at least.)
- Mischief Makers (2D perfection)
- Bomberman 64 (overhead type, great story)
- Blast Corps (destruction madness)
- Jet Force Gemini (Third person shooter)
- Snowboard Kids (If you're looking for a game similar to Mario Kart and enjoy multiplayer, this is the right game for you. Excellent for parties)
Guess that would do for a start.
