Charizard is already in the game and yes, there will be more characters for shure, they've already announced Pikachu Libre at the worlds which was never shown before for this game, I think they might also decide to keep a few Pokémon to release them next to the release in a similar way to Splatoon

Yeah, I completely forgot. I went all crazy with that announcement imagining all the possible fighters, that my visual memory of the Charizard's trailer got mixed with that
