Xbox Live on Xbox 360 is Still Down as Fans Ask for Refunds

Saw a similar thread on gaf yesterday. It's not affecting everyone, but those who are affected are badly so. As in over 24 hours of downtime. Not sure why people are so quick to push it under the rug when it comes to Live.
