According to Media Create, the PS3 needs another 70K to reach one million, and sold only 9.5K this week. The Wii needs 265K to reach three million, and sold 65.5K last week. So the Wii needs 4 weeks and the PS3 about 7, assuming using this weeks sales continue.
DQ: Swords is released on July 12, four weeks from now, so it's release essentially doesn't matter. I expect the Wii to pass three million in four weeks.
I think the PS3 will pass one million in seven weeks. I don't think FolkSoul will make that big an impact and any impact it does have will be offset by PS3 weekly sales droping down below 9K again after FolkSoul's release. Everybody's Golf 5 is released seven weeks from now, so that game will make sure the PS3 gets over the one million mark.
So Wii wins by three weeks.
