What did you do on the 12 hours the site was down?

We changed the logo back, took them 12 hours to do it. Couldnt be done while the website was live

Logo changed back weeks ago. It wasn't even there for a week! 

I don't think the reason is particularly important, but it shouldn't happen again which is the important thing.
