I dont know... i have started seeing a bunch of YW merchandise stroes pop up around Japan. They are not quite as varied in their item selection as Pokemon stores but it was still pretty surprising to see.

Die is too strong of a word. It's popularity will diminish greatly and it will become a much smaller series.

Oh please, Pokémon is just as milked and still lives strong.

Pokemon doesn't receive new sequels once a year. At leas the main entries are spread out over 2-3 years.
