No and no. Having no folders make everything disorganized and time consuming. 

I don't mind the social thing, but I would really love it if they add folders. This feels like the time when PS3 owners kept asking for the PS3 controller charge be displayed next to the time instead of over it.

Yeah, folders was my NUMBER ONE gripe when I had a PS4. Such a nice, slick, fast UI but totally cluttered when you have a bunch of games. It's ridiculous to have to scroll all the way left like that lol
