Citation for what, those studios making those games? Here you go:

http://bluepointgames.com/

And considering the history (or lack thereof) of these companies it seems highly unlikely that either of them would have made its own game, I mean there might be somewhat of a chance for Bluepoint, but do you believe this company would go out and make a game on its own?

Citation for Sony outsourcing remasters on a larger scale. The information you provided is so easily available I would have simply googled for it if I was so interested.

Good points about said companies though. There is indeed a slight chance of Bluepoint making their own game, but seems unlikely for the other company. Still, as a general direction, I find the constant push of remasters worrying.

Oh that was more or less a logical conclusion based on the fact that those two projects are/were done by other studios and that as far as my knowledge goes the large majority of PS3 HD Collections weren't done by their original studios either, I seriously doubt Sony would now start putting their own AAA studios on that when there are enough other places that would gladly take a job like this. TLOU:R was done by ND to get a better grip on the hardware (in freaking 2013/14, think about that for a second Sonys most important studio has to make a port in 2013/14 to get a grip of handling the PS4 hardware, how fucked up is that?), something that Sonys studios should have by now.
