Dishmop would be a problem if it has a large radius of effect. If you are traveling through an area with mixed paint, it would be very hard not to wash away your own teams' paint.
I've already thought sticky bombs would be a great idea but I'd like it more if the only way to get rid of them was by having your team mates ink you down. So if you are alone, you are stuffed but amongst your team mates, you live or die together. It is a team based shooter after all. Alternatively, they could just run and leave you behind.
