Thats all you know right now. Rumor has it that Sony Santa Monica has been secretly working on God of War. This is possibly the reason why the remaster of 3 came out.

Please, god of war 4 (or w/e is called) will more than likely not come out the same year it is announced. 

Perhaps, but wasn't God of War  3 unveiled at E3 a year before it dropped? Also, Nathan Drakes voice actor spilled the beans on the Last of Us 2 being in development so thats two more chart toppers on their way.
