which is pretty weird, you can't provide rating on amazon sites if it is just a pre-order. Is it really possible in amazon.jp? or it is just someone trolling?

Probably just an error that allowed it to happen, though I have seen the same thing before. My point is, human beings aren't really trustworthy. User scores should never be taken at face value, especially with a small sample size.
