Almost all peole who have the opinion "splatoon cant be goty/gotg" dont even own a wii u nor played the game. Its ridicolous to rate a game you never played.

95% of wii u/splatoon owners on the other hand do agree with op.

You are attempting to invalidate opinions with your opinion.  You can take your logic here and apply it the same way against your cause for Splatoon.  Watch:

Because you haven't played every single game that has come out this generation you are not qualified to have an opinion on a game of the generation.
