It would probably work like a charm on my low-end romanian 100mbs connection. But the fact still remains that it needs that connection. Think about it like this, and why the title is practically a lie: WoW could technically be made to work perfectly on an Xbox (first gen). But with no internet connection it would be useless to play it. The thing is, the Red Faction series managed to do open world destruction pretty well 2 generation ago (15 years ago to be more precise). I think I, and most other gamers would probably prefer 50% less debries, jut for the game to be fun, and look consistent 24/7.
