They miss out. Not every one can have good things.

So that means all the people in Europe south Amerika middleeast east can not play this game loss for MS if so

I live in Australia and my internet is just as bad as the rest of the World, if i cant play it, its fine, ill play another game. I am sick of gamers posting about "What about the other gamers" Honestly who cares about other gamers, why should i care if some poor chap in the Northpole cant play Crackdown 3? This thread is about a XB1 exclusive using new technology. I will probably not have the net to play this game either, it doesnt take away the fact this tech looks amazing.  I hope the rest of the gaming world doesnt hold this tech back because not everyone can use it.

I am in Australia as well.

Same crappy internet. It makes downloading full games or large patches time consuming, but I very rarely have any issues streaming video or playing online.

I think people are broadly overestimating whats required of their internet connections for a lot of things MS are doing. Scaleability will be important though.

It would probably work like a charm on my low-end romanian 100mbs connection. But the fact still remains that it needs that connection. Think about it like this, and why the title is practically a lie: WoW could technically be made to work perfectly on an Xbox (first gen). But with no internet connection it would be useless to play it. The thing is, the Red Faction series managed to do open world destruction pretty well 2 generation ago (15 years ago to be more precise). I think I, and most other gamers would probably prefer 50% less debries, jut for the game to be fun, and look consistent 24/7.
