You'll get whatever the edition gets priced at $60. If SE publish a basic edition for $40 and a "special" edition at $60, then you'll get the $60 version.

That's not how Amazon works. You will automatically get the base game with an option (emailed) to upgrade to the premium version. If it's $40 on release, Amazon will pricematch it. If there is a time the game goes down to $35, Amazon is great at giving you the promotion as long as you message them.

This is common practices for Amazon. It's why I use Amazon.
