Not sure why people still insist on dismissing any games from MS that will also be on the PC. Its like dismissing a PS4 game that will also be on the Vita. There will be no PC game from MS that will not require you to upgrade to Windows 10. Its a ploy by MS to not only to get you to upgrade to Windows 10 but also use XBL on Win 10 and sign up to their services even if you only have a PS4 console. You are still within MS platform and services so dismissing this point actually blinds you to the importance of how MS sees the situation. Weather you play on the console or use Win 10 store and XBL on the PC, you are still in their eco system.
