Will you be upset if the Gamepad does not transition to the NX?

I hope that Nintendo does the smart thing and leaves the gamepad behind. I love the gyroscopic aiming in Splatoon, so I hope they bring that along with their next controller, but otherwise the rest of it can stay with the gamepad and Wii U. Nintendo needs to make a fresh start and pretend Wii U doesn't exist as soon as NX launches.
