Here are my thoughts. I started gaming at or around 1983 as a little kid. I'm the NES generation. I grew UP with Link. He's my bro. I've played each title AS they launched.
I have yet to play SS.
Motion controls were fun. I had fun playing Wii Sports and Wii Play and goofing around etc. But the problem is, motion controls, at least in the Wii generation, were half baked. They weren't precise enough for hard core games. Zelda is a game where I want perfect precision. I bought Mario Galaxy. I died WAAAAYYY too many times on that damned hamster ball and water level due to faulty motion controls. That experience cemented my stance and from that day forward, I made my mind up that I wasn't going to play any more hard core games without analog sticks and buttons.
Watching Miyamoto waggle and fail during the SS demo at E3 was the nail in that games coffin for me. Unless it gets a remaster with analog controls, I'll never play it.
