Why doesn't Nintendo make more games for it's systems?

The fact is that Mario, Zelda and Pokemon are overused franchises at this point. They wont draw in new core or casual gamers with them anymore.

They need to expand.  Instead of remaking every god damn Zelda game, they should invest in new IPs. If not they will only cater to their core fanbase. A fanbase thats shrinking by the day.

I get what you're saying and I agree to an extent.

Im just saying that Nintendo needs to shake things up. Im a Zelda fan and have bought them all, but Im not getting Trihex Force or Forced Trihex or whatever that thing is called. They are just getting lazy at this point.
