Realistically, how powerful can Nintendo's next handheld & console be if they release at $199.99 each?

Also he said that they fail with Wii U in order to have more affordable price.

All that doesn't look to me like PS4 power at $299-349, more like less power than Xbox One at around $249 price point.

I won't buy a cheap and uninteresting console I don't want. I will buy a console that I am interested in playing.
