You know he doesn't literally mean no one? He's saying during e3 week sales were lower than usual because it was the week prior to the batman bundle as a lot of people waited for their PS4 purchase. Whereas for XB1 it was an average week (maybe slightly higher) and they're pretty close in the US anyway so it's not hard to believe it outsold it that week.

OT: They're really stretching considering they lost the month.
