I've been watching you struggle around aimlessly for what feels like forever so it's probably time you got some help.
Poisoning is pointless. Ultra has and will negate it right away, so you are merely wasting your turn and your money. Uran's "plan " has a number of flaws and holes which are ripe to be exploited, like the sunny day thing. But if you continue the way you are, then Uran will effectively one shot Typhlosion very soon, that much is obvious.
