It's not like Iwata kept every idea and decision to himself. Big changes won't happen for a long time considering we have Nintendo's future for the next ~7 years on paper.
And I'm pretty sure every decision was made with teams, not Iwata thinking by himself and keeping it a secret from others. Specially when you consider that the next CEO will more than likely come from Nintendo itself... Honestly, I don't get how you compare them to Konami.
Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.
