So....just crush Batman with the moon?  That's the problem with this kind of plot, Superman could see Batman from miles and miles away, and hit him with a stone, thrown from behind him, in the face, after it circles the planet.  There's no need for Superman to even get close enough to Batman, for Kryptonite to have any effect.

Well, Superman doesn't actually want to kill Batman/wipe out the entire planet, plus, up to this point he is totally unaware of kryptonite.

Though most of that is really besides the point, when is the last time you saw a super hero movie without some glairing plot hole? Many of them way worse than how Batman fights Superman.
