What have they learned? There are games still not coming over and those that do are localized incredibly slowly.

They learned to not ignore the fanbase and pass up on an obviously good game. Xenoblade got good reviews and awards. Devil's Third doesn't look like it will get any of that stuff. What do you mean by slowly? Most 1st party niche Japanese games that get localized launch around the same time in NA and EU. There may be a month long difference for a game or two, but that's it.
