That's what I would call it, too. Big spring/summer game, big holiday game and interspersed with 2 or 3 big-ish titles sprinkled in the middle. Adds up to about 6-8 big, quality games each year.
2015 has been the best year so far, I'd say. The titles were released more regularly and we got/are getting more of them.
It'll be awhile before I figure out how to do one of these. :P
