I'm making an effort, but I could do more. How do you do that? I can get down to 20 minutes in a rush, but not less. Usually 30 minutes (I use little water since I have low flow shower heads, and use very little pressure and often turn off the water while lathering up, so its not so much to save water, but to save time that I ask. Although my shower is one of my favorite parts of the day)

 hmm, I hop in the shower, and turn on the water, adjust it to a comfortable temperature. (< 1min) get under the water and run my hands through my hair to make sure its nice and wet (< 1 min). Grab shampoo and wash hair (1-2 min). grab soap and wash body (1-2 min). Rinse off completely (1-2 min). Get out. Total time ~5-8 minutes. Unless your super dirty or have long hair, it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to get a shower.
