Yes... ISIS. Their spread will go as far as they reach the Northern Caucasus. Then Russian troops will step in and will pretty much destroy this rag-tag militant group in matter of days. They never even once stood head-to-head with a real army, and when IEDs go up in Moscow, hopefully the Wahhabist genocide will begin 
Allah save them heroin-addict peasants then 
EDIT: as many others pointed it out, this will not happen. Israel, Turkey and even Egypt have enough firepower to deal with these rats. The only reason they are still not dead its because the US wants the status quo to remain in Syria.
