Soul Sacrifice had a literal "Double Pack" which was 2 retail copies in one bit of shrink wrap. That was not double counted despite selling more than 10k as it is a single SKU. A special edition that contains more content are always counted as a single SKU (which is what we're tracking).

Again if thats what you believe then fine, but majority of everyone else will not, including Famitsu/IS/Nintendo/MC (they did something similar to this with ORAS)/other major sources.

And it still makes sense for it to be included as 2 games like Nintendo has done with NSMBU+NSLU.
