Kresnik, I don't think Heavensward did poorly. It's just not a game that people are going to buy retail.

That is how it works as its 2 games. Same with buying the other version at a cheaper price via DLC. Look at NSLU for comparison.

But if you dont want to believe in it, thats on you^. 

Soul Sacrifice had a literal "Double Pack" which was 2 retail copies in one bit of shrink wrap. That was not double counted despite selling more than 10k as it is a single SKU. A special edition that contains more content are always counted as a single SKU (which is what we're tracking).
