This goes beyond just how mine acts but I'd thought some users would be interested in this:
Mine would be a hybrid mix of the strong silent type and wise, yet witty wizard. He will be more talkative during certain times, but his extreme emotions are more subtle because he's seen it all and been through it all too many times to count.
He meets countless beings of all kinds throughout his life, understanding their plights, but recognizing the bigger picture. The bigger picture being that he can't allow himself to interfere with subject matters each species in the universe must overcome themselves, or stagnate to the point of extinction with overbearing aid.
He will protect all the harmonious races in the universe from forces impossible for them to defend against, but he will only give advice for problems each planet and lifeform has a chance of overcoming.
There are however exceptions he makes. Most of the time all people and lifeforms are thankful for everything he does, other times people lash out at him and curse him for not helping them during their times of need. He understands their plights completely and doesn't mind the hatred towards him. There's plenty of supporters and haters to go around for him. He makes it well known to them that he is not God or a god and he's not there to solve all of their problems.
He may have the strength, speed, intelligence, ability, skill and energy output suiting of a god, but he's not there to rule. As a side-quest of his, he's been searching the universe for thousands of years to answer one question that has eluded him since he 'appeared':
"What is his origin?"
He has psychic powers, time travel abilities, time manipulation, reality warping powers and even inter-dimensional transparent control. He can even create Universes to use as training grounds for his ridiculous energy outputs. But despite all this, he still can't figure out how and why he was created.
The only clue he has is a golden tare in space he found one time. In the tare he can sense his own energy coming from it.
