The reason of the super Mario Kart sales, like the other Nintendo games, is the legs. The first week can be big, but usually nothing of extreme.
Splatoon as for now, in term of legs, is doing better than Mario Kart, and is A FACT.
Well after that, i don't think will sell more than Mario Kart 8, but yeah, 1 million seem likely. Minimum 800k.
