They could easily unveil the NX in a direct, but still have it on the show floor for people to check out.
Last year I would have said a regular press conference, but when I really sit down to think about it they could go about either way fine. In the Digital Event they could show the LoZ tech demo (along with another like The Garden with the Wii U reveal) along with a sizzle reel of upcoming games. Then during treehouse they could get more in depth with the NX. I'm saving to go next year, but I think for people who can't go, it would be better to see a 1080p video of NX tech demo's/ect than having to watch a video of a video that is 1080p streamed.
