Statistically impossible is not the same as categorically or absolutely impossible.  It simply means the probability is so low as to approach zero and therefore be be unworthy of mention in practical discussion. There are over seventy reviewing sites now counted in the standard averages.  The number of combinations resulting in a 100 is one.  The number of combinations resulting in any score lower than 100 is exponentially higher.  In the hundreds of thousands or higher.  Factor in clickbait tendancies, the likelihood of differing opinions which has only gone up with the number of outlets, and other factors affecting scores and the probability definitly approaches zero.  It's simple math really.  It could be the most acclaimed in terms of awards and number of perfect scores, but not average score.
