The problem is most people don't watch porn for the story and build up. They watch it for the sex, and I think that the interaction during sex would be lacking in such a game.

Porn and motions controls. The problem I see the most is to make something that isn't sexist. 

Motion controls do help a lot, and there are potentially a few things that can be done using them, however, its still far from ideal (you are still lacking in actual control over the character).

Thinking about it more though, I can actually see something working and being somewhat intuitive using motion...hmm.
