FF XV will probably sell more than 5 times better on PS4, like any other japanese game ( MGS V and KH3)
FF XV will be a test ( i'm sure they would cancel it with KH 3 on One if they could but now it's too late, too much money put in this version, and they surely accepted microsoft money) to know if making a xbox one version for FF VII ( and Dragon Quest XI ) will be needed or not.
Unless Microsoft pay them FF VII remake and DQXI will stay exclusives ( or "console exclusives" ) on PS4 in the west, and i dont think MS cares enough about such games to pay for them since they are not system sellers on their platform
