Whenever I show someone the 2005 The Last Guardian trailer they are really awe-struck as they have never seen a game like that before. I feel Microsoft tend to stick to the Halo/Gear/Forza/third-person shooter trend whilst Nintendo for the most part stick to the Mario Kart/Super Mario 3d/2D Mario/Zelda route. Sony in this regard are unique.
