If NX bombs like Wii U, what will Nintendo do?

Depends what you mean by bomb. Nintendo doesn't have to outsell PS4 or XB1 to make a profit. There software sales have been there life support since they entered consoles. Remember the Gamecube only sold 24million but its games sold incredibly well, which lead to Nintendo breaking even on the console.
