Assuming nothing gets delayed and that both TLG and Horizon deliver, I'd say PS4 2016 in what games appeal to me more (which is mute though really, since MS 2015 lineup doesn't appeal to me at all), sales potential and high critical reception potential.
MS lineup for 2016 is at least on paper a lot more appealing than their 2015 lineup to me with Scalebound, Recore and Gears 4 all potentially interesting me.
